Lassos for Learning event

If you are interested in helping out at our nonprofit fundraiser and helping to improve literacy and education in our community please sign up here. 

We are looking for help in the following areas:

• Silent Auction - this would include putting together donated items, labeling them, putting together baskets of products, making information sheets and bidding sheets. This is a pre-event volunteer area.
• Silent Auction Table- at the event watching the items, answering questions and keeping running totals of items being bid on. At the end of the auction taking payments, and dispersing winner items. Two shifts 3:00pm-6:00pm and 6:00pm-9:00pm
• Setup - from 10:30am-12:30pm setting up tents, tables, chairs, ground roping arena, banner, signs, and various other items
• Tear down- from 9:00pm-11:00pm taking down tents, tables, chairs, trash cleanup, taking down arena setup. 
• T-shirt and hat sales. Selling event merchandise. Two shifts 3pm-6pm and 6pm-9pm.
